Bassi Business Park is an innovative urban redevelopment project for a historic office complex in the city of Milan that dates back to the 1970s and is located in the Isola district. Impresa B4T has worked on three of the seven buildings in the area, for a total of 15,000 square meters of above-ground floor area and 10,000 square meters of underground floors. This is an important intervention carried out in accordance with strict LEED protocols, which, once the works are completed, will ensure the environmental sustainability and energy efficiency of the buildings. A redevelopment that aims to rethink not only the buildings, but also the very concept of workplaces and business spaces. A demanding but successful challenge, thanks also to the work of the team: 10 company employees and 150 workers on site every day. The collaboration with Gualini provided a significant contribution that could not have been obtained from other stakeholders in the sector.
