This urban regeneration project in Bergamo has created the first smart district in Italy, characterized by a wide functional mix: 74 residences, restaurants (2,400 square meters), 4-star hotels with 107 rooms, a wellness spa (8,500 square meters), the ChorusLife Arena (6,500 seats), a shopping area of 10,000 square meters and a car park with 1,100 parking spaces.
