The project involves the construction of a residential block, named R8, within the Integrated Intervention Programme for the redevelopment of the Cascina Merlata area in Milan, part of the Uptown Milano district. The development includes a total gross floor area of 29,600 sqm, comprising five buildings (linear blocks and towers, up to 24 above-ground floors), 428 residential units ranging from one-bedroom to five-bedroom apartments, and two underground levels dedicated to parking facilities.
