Recovery and enhancement of two 6-storey buildings in the centre of the lower city of Bergamo, at the corner of Via Camozzi and Via Clara Maffei. In defining the concept, in addition to the architectural value, particular attention was paid to mixed use according to the specific characteristics of the two buildings: on a total area of 6,500 square meters, 64% is used for residences, 9% for offices, 20% for retail, 5% for terraces and 2% for common areas.
